The Founders
Andy Brown
Co-Director | Operations & Customer Experience
Andy looks after the day-to-day running of Fit & Fix.
With over 30 years’ experience in the kitchen industry, he understands how important organisation and communication are during an installation.
While Andy’s main focus is operations and customer experience, he remains hands-on where needed and regularly spends time on site supporting the installation team.
Danny Borge
Co-Director · Lead Installer Manager
Danny leads the installation side of Fit & Fix, overseeing each project from planning through to final handover.
With over 30 years’ experience installing kitchens, he ensures every detail is fitted correctly and nothing is rushed on site.
Danny sets the standard for workmanship across the team, combining a calm approach with close attention to detail to make sure every installation is finished properly.

Joel Borge
Plumber | Kitchen Fitter
Joel is a fully qualified plumber with extensive experience fitting kitchens.
He handles plumbing elements with precision and works closely with the fitting team to ensure everything is installed neatly, safely, and to plan.
He’s known for his tidy, methodical approach on site and for keeping things organised as the installation progresses.
Neco Rankin
Carpenter | Kitchen Fitter
Neco is a time-served carpenter and experienced kitchen fitter with a strong eye for detail.
He takes real pride in clean workmanship and getting the finishing touches right.
Customers regularly comment on how tidy and considerate he is to have in the house while work is being carried out.
Louis Frost
Apprentice Carpenter | Kitchen Fitter
Louis is completing his carpentry apprenticeship while working alongside the senior fitting team. He’s learning the trade properly, on site, and is an important part of Fit & Fix’s long-term commitment to training and local employment.
He brings a positive attitude to every job and is developing into a skilled kitchen fitter under close supervision.
Every Fit & Fix installer is DBS checked, fully insured, and held to the same standards on every job.
