You can add as many jobs as you like when you book. Any discounts you’re entitled to are automatically applied at checkout, so you know exactly what you’re saving before you confirm.
For most jobs, you only supply the actual item you want fitting (like a tap or shelf). We bring the standard fixings and tools needed to complete the work safely.
A fully vetted Fit & Fix tradesman or trusted partner we work with regularly. They’ll arrive on time, in branded gear, introduce themselves properly and confirm the job before starting.
If it’s related to the work we’ve done, just let us know. We’ll come back, take a look, and put it right.
No — never. Your fixed price covers the job as described.
You just need to be there when we arrive. After that, it’s up to you... You can stay, nip out, or carry on with your day. We’ll let you know when we’re finished.
Yes... Everything is priced upfront. You don’t need to wait for someone to visit, suck their teeth, or “get back to you next week”.
We always check things before we start. If anything needs changing, you get clear options and prices — you’re always in control.
Yes... As long as the product is suitable, complete and safe to fit. If anything is missing or incompatible, we’ll talk you through it.
Most small jobs take between 30 minutes and 2 hours. If a job is likely to take longer, you’ll see that when you book.
We work primarily across Cardiff, Penarth, Barry & Dinas Powys. If you’re unsure, pop your postcode into the booking page and it’ll tell you straight away.
If it’s something small (like packaging or old fixings), yes. For larger waste (doors, taps, old units), we can dispose of it, but there will be a small charge due to waste-handling rules.
We’re not an emergency service, but if we have availability and it’s safe to handle, we’ll always try to help.
You can change or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment through your confirmation email or by contacting support.
Most likely, yes. If it’s safe, sensible and doesn’t need a specialist licence, we can probably do it. Just ask.
Yes... Fully insured for both public liability and workmanship. Your home is always protected.
If it’s outside the scope of our fixed-price list, we’ll happily take a look and point you in the right direction, and if we’re not the right people, we’ll tell you straight.
All payments are made online securely when you book. That way you get one clear price and no awkward doorstep moments.
